Dozens of Palestinians, mostly children and women, were killed, and others were injured, as a result of the ongoing Israeli bombardment on the Gaza Strip, by land, sea, and air, on the 113th day of the aggression that began on October 7th last year.
The Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported, citing medical sources, that martyrs and wounded arrived at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital, following the Israeli shelling of several houses in Deir al-Balah in the central Gaza Strip, noting that 9 citizens were killed due to the Israeli shelling of homes in Khan Yunis.
On Saturday morning, two citizens were killed, and others were injured, as a result of the Israeli shelling of a house in the Jenin neighborhood east of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.
The continuous shelling of Khan Yunis during the past 24 hours resulted in 28 martyrs and several injured.
The Palestinian Media Center stated that Israeli warplanes and artillery continued their violent raids and shelling on Saturday on various parts of the Gaza Strip, amid the concentration of the aggression on Khan Yunis, targeting homes, refugee camps, and streets, resulting in hundreds of martyrs and wounded.
Three martyrs, including two women, were killed as a result of the Israeli shelling of a house belonging to the Al Siksik family in the Jenin neighborhood east of Rafah.
In a preliminary toll, the number of martyrs in the Strip since the start of the aggression has risen to more than 26,000 martyrs, with around 64,000 wounded, and thousands missing, most of whom are children and women, in addition to the massive destruction and unprecedented humanitarian catastrophe.
