Teyseer Motors, an esteemed pillar in Qatar's automotive industry, boasting a legacy of over five decades, proudly announced today the formalization of a strategic partnership with the renowned Chinese automobile brand, Great Wall Motor (GWM). This historic collaboration, celebrated in a momentous agreement signing ceremony on the 24th of January 2024, underscores Teyseer Motors' commitment to elevating mobility options for the residents of Qatar, encompassing both the local Qatari community and the vibrant expatriate population.
The highly anticipated showroom to be launched soon in Doha The facility is set to redefine automotive excellence, showcasing a stellar lineup that includes the iconic premium SUV brand, GWM Tank, combined with intelligent technologies and tough off-road capabilities, coveted Haval brand of SUVs, boasting of over 9 million users across the globe, and Chinese number 1 pickup brand, GWM Poer & Wingle range of Pickups.
GWM's footprint covers Europe, ASEAN, the Middle East, North Africa, South America, Eastern Europe, Central Asia, Australia, New Zealand, South Africa and other global markets, the total sum of which is over 170 countries and regions. GWM has established 9 R&D bases globally (in China, the United States, Germany, Japan, Canada, South Korea, Austria and India) along with 5 Software R&D Centers, 10 major full-process vehicle production bases in China, 3 full-process overseas vehicle production bases in Eurasia, Thailand and Brazil, and has multiple KD factories in Ecuador, Pakistan and other places.
