HE President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria Bola Ahmed Tinubu, along with his accompanying delegation, visited on Saturday the National Museum of Qatar during his visit to the country.
Accompanied by HE Director of the National Museum of Qatar Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Hamad Al-Thani, HE the Nigerian President toured the museum, where he was briefed on its important collections in various exhibition halls and received detailed explanations about the museum's valuable treasures. Also, His Excellency explored various exhibition halls showcasing the geological evolution of the Qatar Peninsula, its natural environments, rock carvings and artifacts at archaeological sites, as well as the life of Qatar's people on land and coastlines, and the digital exhibition.
HE the Nigerian President also viewed significant pieces and collections related to pearls and jewelry design, in addition to exhibition halls dedicated to modern Qatari history since the discovery of oil and gas. (QNA)
