Katara - the Culture Village attracted a large number of people from different backgrounds and age categories to enjoy the various festivities Wednesday on the first day of Eid al-Fitr.
Over four days, Katara is hosting more than 50 different cultural, arts and entertainment activities in addition to a number of theatrical shows and artistic performances with special emphasis on Arab heritage and particularly that of Qatar. Children in particular enjoyed the Eid gift distribution in addition to the various artistic workshops held at various venues of Katara.
