HE Minister of State for Energy Affairs, President and CEO of QatarEnergy Eng. Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi held separate meetings in Beijing with Chairman of China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) Dai Houliang, Chairman of the Board of Sinopec Corp. Ma Yongsheng, and Chairman of the Board of China National Offshore Oil Corporation (CNOOC) Wang Dongjin.
The meetings focused on the relationship of the three companies with QatarEnergy and ways to develop it.
CNPC and Sinopec are participating in the North Field Expansion projects in Qatar and have also signed 27-year LNG sales and purchase agreements. (QNA)
