Under the patronage of Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and in the presence of Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain Shaikh Khalid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa, the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) Commercial Arbitration Centre celebrated Tuesday its 30th anniversary.
HE President of the Investment and Trade Court Judge Khalid bin Ali Al Obaidly participated in the ceremony that was attended by HE Secretary-General of the Cooperation Council for the Arab States of the Gulf (GCC) Jasem Mohamed Albudaiw.
The ceremony included a presentation on the center's achievements over the past thirty years, and future plans to develop its mechanisms and enhance its role as a basic pillar in the GCC commercial justice system.
The participants praised the level the center has reached and the great confidence it enjoys in the GCC and international trade courts.
The GCC Commercial Arbitration Centre is one of the most prominent institutions in the region that provides commercial arbitration services, as it works to provide innovative legal solutions that contribute to supporting and developing the Gulf economies.
