Wind inshore will be variable less than 05 KT at first, becomes mainly South easterly 05 - 15 KT.
Offshore, it will be variable less than 03 KT becomes Northwesterly - Northeasterly 03 - 13 KT.
Sea height inshore will be 1 - 2 ft. Offshore will be 1 - 3 ft.
Visibility inshore will be 4 - 8 km. Offshore, it will be 4 - 9 km/ 3 km or less at first.
