Wind inshore will be mainly southeasterly 08 to 18 KT, gusting to 23 KT at times.
Offshore, it will be easterly to southeasterly 05 to 15 KT gusting to 20 KT at places
Visibility will be 5 to 9 / 3 KM or less at places at first.
Sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet. Offshore will be 2 to 4 feet, rises to 6 feet at places.
