Qatar, represented by the General Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA), took part in the 7th meeting of the Directors-General and CEOs of the civil aviation authorities (CAA) in the Middle East, which began in Riyadh Sunday.
Mohamed Faleh al-Hajri, In Charge of Managing QCAA, led the Qatari delegation to the meeting.
The meeting discussed a range of topics related to safety, air navigation and civil aviation security in the Middle East region, ways to foster joint action and co-operation opportunities among countries of the region to further advance aviation industry sector, in alignment with the standards of International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO), and the recommended practices.
