them former prisoners, the Prisoners and Ex-Prisoners Affairs Authority and the Prisoners Club said in a joint statement.The statement added that detentions took place in Hebron, Ramallah and Al-Bireh governorates and targeted 21 Palestinians, including prisoners who were previously released and they were rearrested again by the occupation.The occupation forces have detained over 8,880 Palestinians since October 7, 2023. Such prisoners were detained from their houses, at checkpoints, were forced to turn themselves in or were held as hostages, the statement stated.
