The Qatar Football Association (QFA) has announced the commencement of ticket sales for the Amir Cup final, in which Al Sadd will take on Qatar SC on Friday.
Qatar SC advanced to the Amir Cup final for the first time in 20 years, defeating Al Gharafa 4-3 in a penalty shootout following a 2-2 draw in a thrilling semi-final at the Al Janoub Stadium on Sunday.
On Saturday, Qatar Stars League champions Al Sadd secured their spot in the final with a narrow 1-0 victory over arch-rivals Al Duhail, thanks to Akram Afif’s decisive 46th-minute strike at the Ahmad Bin Ali Stadium.
Tickets are available in three categories: First category (QR50), second category (QR30), and third category (QR10). They can be purchased from tickets.qfa.qa
The QFA has implemented measures to ensure fair distribution, with each individual limited to a maximum purchase of six tickets. Additionally, close co-ordination with both clubs has been established to streamline the ticket purchasing process, including specific allocation percentages as per established protocols.
The final match will be held at the Education City Stadium, which has a capacity of 44,667. The venue hosted matches during the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 and the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2023 games earlier this year. The final is scheduled to kick off at 7pm.
