The Mathemagic Meet Up 2024-25 was hosted by Rajagiri Public School (RPS) under the aegis of Qatar chapter of the Principals' Forum (CBSE).

The workshop saw experts from various Indian schools share innovative practices in progressive mathematics pedagogy. The objective was to introduce and explore novel methods for teaching and understanding mathematics and making classes more accessible and enjoyable.

The first presenter, Elizabeth, headmistress of Grade 1 to 4 at RPS presented the topic- ‘Techniques and strategies in teaching Mathematics’. RPS vice principal S Radhakrishnan led the second session on ‘Simplifying Math Learning’. Soujanya from DPS-Modern Indian School presented the topic- ‘Mathlete - Build Endurance and Conquer Math.’ Nisha from DPS-Monarch International School spoke on ‘Exploring Mathematics in connection with real time world.’ The last presentation of the day was by Sachin Seth, head of department, mathematics, RPS, who stressed on the topic – ‘Be an Autodidact’.

The workshop also included interactive sessions where participants engaged with the speakers and discussed practical applications of the concepts presented. The Mathemagic Meet Up has set a new standard for educational workshops, leaving participants inspired and equipped with new tools and ideas to implement in their classrooms, a statement added.
