As part of my career with Rotana, I oversaw pre-opening operations for our hotels in Sudan, Riyadh, Iraq, and Jeddah, after which I led the launch of Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana here in Doha, where I managed the entire process from supervising construction to ensuring seamless operational execution.

This diverse experience has given me insights into various cultural dynamics and business intricacies, enabling me to thrive in multifaceted environments and motivate multicultural teams.

As the GM of Riviera Rayhaan by Rotana, I wear quite a few hats, which keeps my job very interesting. My position involves staying on top of the latest trends in hospitality, from the newest tech that enhances our guests' experiences to sustainability efforts that ensure we're as environmentally conscious as possible.

I'm also deeply involved in setting our strategic direction and making sure we operate efficiently. This means not only keeping an eye on our financial plan and guest satisfaction but also keeping up with industry trends to stay competitive. A big part of my role is also focused on nurturing our team morale and fostering a culture where continuous learning and empowerment are at the forefront, helping us meet the ever-changing demands of our industry and guests. It's all about creating a vibrant atmosphere where our guests' expectations are not just met but exceeded, and our staff feels truly valued and inspired to deliver outstanding service.
