A mass shooting in the US State of Ohio killed one person and injured 24 others, some critically, police said.
Police said shots were reported just after midnight local time in the city of Akron, where multiple victims struck by gunfire were reported.
Local media reported that a street party was happening in the area before the gunfire broke out.
Akron police have tallied at least 25 victims, including a 27-year-old man who has died.
Officers at the scene found dozens of bullet casings and one gun, according to local media reports.
No one has been arrested or identified as a suspect and an investigation is under way, the Akron Police Department confirmed.
