HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent on Tuesday a cable of congratulations to Claudia Sheinbaum on the occasion of her election as President of the United Mexican States.
