HE Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi met in Helsinki on Monday with HE Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Finland Elina Valtonen.
During the meeting, they discussed aspects of cooperation between the two countries and ways to support and enhance them, in addition to the developments in the Gaza Strip and the occupied Palestinian territories, and several topics of mutual interest.
The Finnish Foreign Minister expressed her appreciation to the State of Qatar for its mediation for a ceasefire in Gaza, and its efforts to reunite Ukrainian children with their families in Ukraine.
For his part, HE the Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs praised Finland's efforts in the conflict resolution field and its endeavors to bring about peace. (QNA)
