Offshore it will be mainly southeasterly to northeasterly 03 - 12 KT.
Sea state inshore will be 1 - 2 ft. Offshore will be 1 - 3 ft.
Visibility inshore will be 4 - 8 KM / 3 KM or less at places at first. Offshore, it will be 3 - 7 KM.
