Offshore, it will be fine at first, becomes hazy at times, the report added.
Wind inshore will be southwesterly - northwesterly at a speed of 5 - 15 KT, gusting to 22 KT at places at times, becomes northeasterly - easterly by evening.
Offshore, it will be southwesterly - northwesterly at 3 - 13 KT, shifting to northeasterly - southeasterly less than 10 KT.
Sea state inshore will be 1 - 2 FT, while offshore, it will be 1 - 3 FT, rises to 7 ft at northern areas.
Visibility will be 5 - 9 km inshore, and 4 - 10 km offshore.
