Emergency Departments at Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) has reported normal cases during the Eid holidays so far.
Hamad General Hospital Emergency Department reported a total of 567 cases with most cases related to general complaints. Only 39 of them were admitted for further treatment.
The Ambulance services received a total of 722 calls. 607 of them were related to medical emergencies while 115 were trauma cases. The Paediatric Emergency Centres (PEC) received 2067 cases with Al Sad PEC: 943; Al Rayyan: 421; Airport:184; Al Wakra: 321,; Al Dhaayin: 91 and Al khor: 107. 10 cases were admitted while 100 cases were admitted at triage in all the PECs.
