HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent on Sunday a cable of congratulations to HE Prime Minister of Luxembourg Luc Frieden on the occasion of his country's National Day.
