The Ministry of Foreign Affairs launched Monday its second regional training programme, organised by its Human Rights Department in co-operation with the UN Human Rights Training and Documentation Centre for South-West Asia and the Arab Region.
The four-day programme will address the topic of interaction with international human rights mechanisms, with the participation of several diplomats and relevant officials from Qatar and the Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) countries, as well as representatives of the council's General Secretariat.
The programme aims to enhance knowledge and interaction with UN human rights mechanisms and international instruments.
