HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent Thursday a cable of congratulations to Prime Minister of the Republic of Djibouti Abdoulkader Kamil Mohamed on the anniversary of his country's Independence Day.
