Offshore, it will be mainly southwesterly - northwesterly at 05 to 15 KT.
Sea state inshore will be 01 - 03 FT, while offshore, it will be 02 - 04 FT.
Visibility inshore will be 05 - 10 km, while offshore, it will be 05 - 10 km.
