The Qatar National Library (QNL), a cornerstone of Education City, invites visitors to dig into Qatar’s rich history and heritage. With more than one million books, 500,000 e-books, and a vast array of special collections, QNL serves as a treasure trove of knowledge for scholars, researchers, and curious minds. Beyond its impressive collection, the library offers an array of events, workshops, and programmes for the community.

Mathaf: Arab Museum of Modern Art presents an unparalleled collection of more than 9,000 artworks, showcasing the evolution of Arab art. Visitors can experience the thought-provoking “Shahid” exhibition, an interactive audiovisual installation by Sudanese artist Khalid Albaih, exploring themes of witness and ongoing tragedies. Mathaf also offers exciting workshops and art lessons for all ages.

The Education City Mosque, a striking architectural masterpiece, offers a tranquil haven for prayer and reflection. Its five large pillars, representing the five pillars of Islam, are inscribed with verses from the Holy Qur’an.
