Founder and managing director of Outing Qatar, Mosaad Moustafa Eleiwa, told *Gulf Times that the country’s beaches and resorts have become “one-stop shops”, catering to a wide range of needs.

From five-star dining to various water sports and marine activities, he said these offerings are attracting an increasing number of people seeking fun, entertainment, and adventure, even during the searing summer temperatures.

While Simaisma beach near Doha is widely known as a “serene paradise” with soft sand and safe, shallow waters perfect for families, various other beaches in Qatar offer similar attractions.

Like Simaisma, these beaches boast peaceful, clean waters ideal for leisurely walks and sun-drenched relaxation.

Another gem, Umm Bab beach, also known as “Palm Tree Beach”, which is located on Qatar’s western coast, is a popular camping destination, best for “swimming during the day and stargazing at night”.

Visitors from neighbouring GCC countries and beyond find Sealine beach in Mesaieed particularly appealing.
