As part of the Ministry of Labour's ongoing efforts to train and empower community leaders in the country, the Ministry of Labour, in cooperation with International Labour Organisation (ILO), conducted an extensive training programme dedicated to qualifying labour community leaders to develop their potential and enhance their abilities in dealing and coordinating with the Ministry.

The course featured intensive practical training designed to prepare community leaders and enhance their professional skills effectively. It also offered a comprehensive suite of services to boost participants' professional capabilities and help them stay abreast of the challenges and rapid changes in the labour market.

The workshop comes as part of the ongoing collaboration between the Ministry of Labour and the International Labour Organisation (ILO), to support their efforts towards achieving common goals, in terms of enhancing opportunities to qualify expatriate labour cadres and developing labour skills to improve the work environment.
