Offshore, it will be hazy at times with some clouds, the report added.
Wind inshore will be northwesterly to northeasterly 08 - 18 KT gusting to 28 KT at places daytime.
Offshore, it will be mainly northwesterly to northeasterly at 03 - 13 KT.
Sea state inshore will be 01 - 02 ft. Offshore will be 01 - 03 ft.
Visibility inshore will be 04 - 09 km, while offshore, it will be 04 - 10 km.
