HE the Minister of State for International Co-operation at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Lolwah bint Rashid AlKhater met in Sarajevo on Tuesday with Bosnian Minister of Human Rights and Refugees Dr Sevlid Hortic.
Discussions during the meeting dealt with co-operation relations between the two countries and means to support and enhance them, especially in human rights, in addition to a number of issues of common interest.
During the meeting, the Bosnian minister expressed his country's aspiration to strengthen bilateral co-operation in all fields, especially in the education and development sectors, and praised the role of Qatar and its efforts to achieve ceasefire in Gaza.
HE AlKhater received from Dr Hortic the Flower of Srebrenica medal, which expresses the desire to show solidarity.
Qatar's ambassador to Bosnia Meshal bin Ali al-Attiyah attended the meeting.
