This participation reflects the strength of the growing strategic partnership between Qatar and France, especially in the security fields, and comes within the framework of an administrative agreement on security cooperation that was signed between the two countries last February, where the agreement was signed on the Qatari side by HE Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, and on the French side by Gerald Darmanin, Minister of the Interior and Overseas Territories of the French Republic.
The Qatari security forces will participate in security operations with members representing groups, units, specialised security teams, and logistical work teams.
This participation confirms the experience gained by the Qatari security forces in organising and securing major global events, which represents a sustainable legacy for Qatar and the world.
