The Qatar National Library (QNL) has announced the availability of a range of services in the QNL Children's Library, aiming to enhance children's growth and the development of their mental and cognitive skills.

Housing more than 100,000 children's books – mainly in Arabic and English, but also in other languages – the library offers a wealth of reading material for all ages and interests.

The library also offers digital learning resources that include ebooks, audiobooks, and educational games.

These digital offerings are perfect for tech-savvy young learners and provide engaging ways to learn both in the Library and at home.

The library offers interactive programmes and workshops as well, allowing children the opportunity to acquire basic reading and writing skills, and fun science experiments, in addition to the educational toys and sensory experiences designed to support their development through play.

The library also offers tailored resources for children with different abilities, including a Sensory Room for children with special needs.

Among other benefits, the library, through the Expert Librarian Assistance section, provides assistance to families and those caring for children in familiarising them with the library's resources and ways to use them and answering their questions and inquiries.

They also provide a book suggestion service that provides parents with information and guidance in the areas of raising and educating children. – QNA
