The Department of Da'wah and Religious Guidance at the Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs has concluded the third scientific course organised by the Institute of Da'wah and Islamic Sciences.

According to a statement from Awqaf, the camp lasted for two weeks with courses targeting the general public. The course was conducted for both men and women. The course was presented by Sheikh Dr Yahya Hamad al-Nuaimi and Sheikh Mohamed Yahya Taher. The lectures were delivered at Omar bin Al-Khattab Mosque after the Maghrib and Isha prayers.

Omar al-Ruwaili, Head of the Institute of Da’wah and Islamic Sciences, explained that the course is a specialised scientific programme that aims to educate the general public, men and women about the principles of Islamic law in various Islamic law sciences.

The course covered various subjects including Qur’an and its sciences along with Islamic jurisprudence.
