The Forensic Medicine Centre at the Ministry of Interior (MoI) received medical students from Qatar University on July 14 to complete the course ‘Fundamentals of Forensic Medicine: Theory and Practice’.
This is an elective course taught by the centre to cover the scientific, legal and cultural aspects for students studying forensic medicine as a core subject in the 2023-2024 academic year, a statement by MoI on X said. Col. Majid Issa al-Ghanem, head of the Forensic Medicine Center, explained that teaching the course is part of the distinguished partnership and constructive co-operation between the centre and the College of Medicine at Qatar University as a leading academic institution.
