The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) carried out intense bombardment today on the north of Nuseirat refugee camp and the new camp at the center of the Gaza Strip, murdering a Palestinian civilian and a Palestinian child.

Local sources told Wafa news agency that the IOF warplanes bombed a home, north of Nuseirat refugee camp, murdering a little girl, adding that the IOF also targeted a multi-storey residential building, north of the camp, injuring at least five Palestinian civilians.

IOF airstrikes also targeted a house belonging to the Gharab family in Nuseirat, murdering a civilian and injuring dozens more.

The IOF artillery shelled Al-Da'wa area, the vicinity around the Gaza Power Plant, and Salah Al-Din Street northeast of the camp. This was accompanied by heavy gunfire from Israeli military quadcopters.

Further attacks took place around the Kuwait Roundabout in Al-Zaytoun neighborhood, south of Gaza City, where the IOF injured two civilians who were transported to Al-Mamadani Hospital for treatment, Wafa added.

Medical sources reported a rise in the murders committed by the IOF, following Israeli airstrikes across various areas of the Gaza Strip since yesterday at dawn, bringing the total number of martyrs to 60 Palestinian civilians.

The Israeli occupation continues its extreme and unprecedented genocide on the Gaza Strip with nonstop airstrikes and bombardment shot from all sides (air, land and sea), murdering more than 38,919 Palestinian civilians, and injuring more than 89,622 others, while tens of thousands of victims remain under the rubble and scattered on the streets, as the IOF has been preventing anyone from reaching them.
