Offshore, it will see some clouds at times, the report added.
Wind inshore will be mainly northwesterly 8 - 18 KT, gusting to 25 KT at places daytime.
Offshore, it will be westerly to northwesterly 5 - 15 KT, gusting to 21 KT at times.
Sea state inshore will be 1 - 2 ft, rises to 3 ft at times.
Offshore will be 2 - 4 ft, rises to 6 ft at first.
Visibility inshore and offshore will be 5 - 9 km.
