The Israeli occupation forces (IOF) murdered and injured dozens of Palestinian civilians after targeting and bombing several areas in the Gaza Strip through artillery shelling, airstrikes and shootings, on the 298th day of the Israeli occupation's genocide against the Gaza Strip.

Palestinian news agency (Wafa) reported that medical crews were able to retrieve martyrs and wounded civilians and transfer them to Nasser Hospital after the IOF withdrew from Bani Suhaila and Al-Qarara areas, east of Khan Younis city.

Paramedics also pulled out martyrs and wounded from a Palestinian house that was bombed in the town of Absin Al-Kabira, east of the city.

The IOF warplanes conducted a raid near displaced Palestinians' tents in the Hamad Towers area and on a house near Tahlia junction in Khan Younis. Artillery shells were fired around Al-Awda schools, which are sheltering displaced people, and helicopters targeted homes in Abasan Al-Jadida, east of Khan Younis.

Meanwhile paramedics pulled out the bodies of five martyrs who were slaughtered by the fire of the occupation army on Street 8 in Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood in Gaza, and another martyr in the northern part of the city. The occupation warplanes also targeted a residential building in the Ansar area, west of the city.

The IOF army vehicles fired bullets north of Al-Bureij camp and northwest of Nuseirat camp in the central Gaza Strip. The IOF artillery also shelled and fired bullets in the central and northern areas of Rafah city in the southern Gaza Strip.

Since October 2023, the Israeli occupation has been committing a genocide against Palestinian civilians in the Gaza Strip, during which the IOF slaughtered more than 39,363 Palestinian civilians and injured more than 90,923 others (most of them children), while thousands of victims remain under the rubble and scattered on the streets, as the IOF has also been preventing ambulance and civil defense crews from reaching the victims.
