The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MoCI), in co-operation with Alfardan Luxury Motors, has announced the recall of Aston Martin DBX, 2023 model, over a possible defect in the quality of engine oil cooling hoses, which results in the loss of oil and oil pressure, thus causing the engine to stop suddenly and increasing the risk of a crash or fire.
The MoCI, in co-operation with Nasser Bin Khaled and Sons Automobiles, has announced the recall of Mercedes-Benz CLA, GLB, GLC, and GLE, 2019-2021 models, as the programming of entertainment and information control unit does not match the factory specifications, which results in the multimedia system not being available.
The MoCI, in co-operation with Nasser Bin Khaled and Sons Automobiles, also announced the recall of Mercedes CLA, 2023 model, as upper area of the fender may be in contact with the side wall due to sheet metal burr that may possibly cause damage to the surface coating of both component parts.
The MoCI said the recall campaign comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that car dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs.
