HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent on Thursday a cable of congratulations to the Federal Chancellor of the Swiss Confederation Viktor Rossi on the occasion of his country's National Day.
