Qatar swimmers won four medals on Monday at the 3rd Arab Aquatics Championship, which is being held in Cairo, Egypt. Qatar had won seven medals on the opening day, which takes their medal tally to 11.

On Monday, Qatar won three silver and one bronze. Mohamed Aziz won silver in the 200m butterfly race for the 15-16 age group. The relay team consisting of Aziz, Marwan Ahmed, Hamza Mahmoud and Ziad Abdullah won silver in the 4x100m freestyle race for the 15-16 age group. In the 4x100m freestyle 17-18 age group race, Ahmed Mohamed, Abdullah Ahmed, Abdullah al-Khalidi and Tamim Mohammed also won silver. Tamim too won bronze medal in the 50m individual race. On Sunday, the Qatar swimming team won seven medals, including two silver and five bronze.
