The General Directorate of Coasts and Borders Security celebrated the graduation of the fourth ‘Global Maritime Distress and Safety System’ course, held at the Marine Training and Qualification Centre.
The course held from September 1-5 was attended by officers and other ranks from the directorate and Saudi Arabia, according to a post on X by the Ministry of Interior.
The directorate also celebrated the graduation of the sixth ‘Joint Marine Pollution Prevention and Control’ course, held at the same venue concurrently. The aim was to equip participants with essential skills for combating marine environmental pollution.
