Kickstarting the winter season, Qatar Calendar’s October edition is set to offer a fun-filled month of entertainment, exhibitions, and cultural experiences catering to all tastes and interests.Qatar Calendar is a comprehensive guide for navigating events across the country.Theatre enthusiasts can enjoy the Kuwaiti theatrical comedy, *The First of Its Kind, running at Katara – the Cultural Village from October 2-9.*A Night of Mozart, conducted by Andreas Weiser, will be held on October 4 at the Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), Auditorium 3.Tchaikovsky’s spectacular masterpiece *Swan Lake is taking place with the renowned Moscow Ballet *La Classique Swan Lake on October 18 at the QNCC."The Limits of My Language Are the Limits of My World" exhibition is currently taking place at the Media Majlis Museum at Northwestern University in Qatar until December 5."Art is About Art" exhibition is taking place at the Fire Station Gallery until November 2."Eternal Echoes: The Silent Cry of Gaza", running until November 2, is an exhibition by Hayat El Yamani, while "AIR 8: A House Overlooking the World" will run until December 31 at the Fire Station: Artist in Residence.M7 will be hosting "Ellsworth Kelly at 100" from October 31 to February 13, paying tribute to the late artist's seven-decade-long career.The Museum of Islamic Art (MIA) is hosting the Kufic Calligraphy (Advanced) workshop, running from October 5-26.The Diwani Calligraphy (Beginners) workshop is set from October 15-29 at the MIA while the Linocut Printmaking Workshop is scheduled from October 7-9.The International Shopping Exhibition is on until October 13 at Katara.Those interested in the fine craftsmanship of oud and perfumery can visit the West Walk Oud & Perfume Exhibition until October 5 at West Walk.The women's fashion event, Zinatha Exhibition, returns for its 3rd edition from October 31 to November 8 at Al Hazm Galleria.Qatar Chamber is hosting the Arabian Women Exhibition from October 5-10.
