Offshore, it will be northwesterly at a speed of 08 - 18 KT, gusting to 22 KT at first.
Sea state inshore will be 1 - 3 feet, rising to 4 feet at first; while offshore will be 3 - 5 feet at first.
Visibility inshore and offshore will be 5 - 10 km.
