Ruby Wu’s the popular Chinese restaurant at Radisson Blu Hotel Doha, has launched a revamped menu, offering a wide array of innovative classics, a statement said.
Ruby Wu’s, led by Chef Austin Yang, a culinary expert from Dalian city in China, has won several awards over the years.
The expanded selection of dishes feature a range of options, beginning from the Chilled Sea Scallop with Spinach Salad in Mustard Sauce, the Deep-Fried Prawn with Wasabi Mayonnaise, Marinated Beef and Spicy Cabbage in Szechuan Sauce, and the Roasted Peking Duck (served in two distinct ways).
New additions to the dim sum selection includes Lamb Dumpling, while the soup menu has additional variations like the Hot and Sour Shrimp Wonton and Clear Soup with Scallop, Prawn, Mussels, Bean Curd, and Seaweed.
The vegetarian options include dishes such as Sauteed Baby Pak Choi with Garlic Sauce and Baked Broccoli with Taro Sauce.
Also, the new menu features Yang Zhou Fried Rice, along with other noodle and rice selections like Crispy Egg Noodles with Prawn, Scallop, Squid and Vegetables, Fried Egg Noodles with Shrimp and Squid with Bean Sprouts, and Fried Rice with Egg, Assorted Vegetables and Porcini Mushroom topped with Spring Onions.
For dessert, the options include Mango Pomelo Sago, Pandan Pancake with Palm Sugar and Coconut Stuffing, and Pineapple Tart with Vanilla Sauce.
The signature drinks such as Mandarin Elixir and Grape Fire complete the Chinese dining experience, the statement added.
