US police announced that one person was killed and nine others were injured in a shooting incident that occurred during a celebration near Tennessee State University.
The police said that three minors were among the injured, all of whom are in stable condition at a local hospital.
Gunfire erupted between two groups of people late Saturday night. It is likely that some bystanders were hit during the incident, the police said.
