Doha: Ooredoo, Qatar’s leading telecommunications provider, has announced a new sponsorship agreement with Rafeeq, Doha’s premier online food delivery service, making it one of the race’s silver sponsors. The agreement was officially signed at Rafeeq’s headquarters, with Sabah al-Kuwari, Vice-Chairman of the Doha Marathon by Ooredoo Committee, and Abdullah bin Thamer al-Hemeidi, CEO of Rafeeq.

As a prestigious World Athletics Gold Label Road Race, the 13th edition of the Doha Marathon by Ooredoo is set to be the largest to date, attracting up to 15,000 local and international participants.
As one of the most anticipated events in Qatar’s sporting calendar, the marathon will include a wide range of categories to suit all ages and abilities, from professional athletes to amateur runners to even children.
