Ashghal launches Society Satisfaction Survey

The Public Works Authority (Ashghal) has launched its Society Satisfaction Survey. Ashghal, on its website, said that this complies with the strategy to improve its performance and services, Ashghal has designed and developed this survey to measure the community satisfaction in Qatar with the services provided.

“There are no right or wrong answers, but your answers will reflect your impressions and level of satisfaction. The survey results will be translated into action plans and programmes that meet the community’s needs and reflect its expectations,” the website said.

The public can fill out the survey through the link published by Ashghal on its social media handles https://research.net/r/788JSTH?lang=en.

The survey has questions related to the societal image and reputation of Ashghal, the effect of the work environment, environmental impact, societal impact and interaction and communication. Also, the participants can submit their suggestions once the questions are answered.
