Weather inshore Wednesday night until 6am Thursday will be partly cloudy with a chance of scattered rain that can be thundery on the northern area later, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.Offshore, it will see partly cloudy to cloudy at times with chance of scattered rain that can become thundery later, the report added, warning of thundery rain associated with strong wind and high sea.Wind inshore will be southeasterly to southwesterly at a speed of 5 to 15 knot becoming northwesterly reaches 25 knot later.Offshore, it will be southeasterly to southwesterly at a speed of 04 to 14 knot, shifts to northwesterly at a speed of 14 to 24 knot later.The visibility will be 5 to 10km or 3km or less during thundery rain.The sea state inshore will be 1 to 3 feet surging to 5 feet with thundery rain. Offshore, it will be 2 to 5 feet surging to 10 feet with thundery rain.
