The Ministry of Labor, through its Department of Qualifying and Skills Development, organized a training session on Tuesday in collaboration with the Qatar Association of Certified Public Accountants, designed for private-sector job seekers, including Qatari graduates and children of Qatari women specializing in accounting.
Titled "Auditing Information Systems," the training session aimed to enhance participants' skills in accounting and internal auditing, equipping them for careers in the private sector.
The course is part of a series of training programs organized by the Ministry of Labor in cooperation with QCPA. These initiatives align with the Ministrys strategy to develop a highly skilled national workforce, achieve nationalization goals, and strengthen the competitiveness of Qataris and children of Qatari women in the labor market.
Participants were trained in the principles and methodologies of internal auditing and their practical application in professional settings. The session provided comprehensive technical and practical knowledge to prepare attendees for the demands of this vital sector.
The initiative reflects the Ministry of Labours commitment to the objectives of the Private Sector Nationalisation Law by increasing the representation of Qataris in the private sector. It also contributes to building national expertise, enhancing professional readiness, and boosting productivity in alignment with the human development pillar of Qatar National Vision 2030.
