The Civil Services and Government Development Bureau organized a graduation ceremony for participants in a number of programs belonging to Institute of Public Administration. The event was attended by HE Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ibrahim bin Ali Al Mohannadi, and HE Dr. Abdulaziz bin Nasser bin Mubarak Al Khalifa, who is the President of the Civil Services and Government Development Bureau and Secretary-General of the National Planning Council.



The programs focused on developing leadership skills, enhancing institutional work, and improving the quality of government services, all aimed at building national competencies capable of contributing to the realization of Qatar National Vision 2030.



In her speech at the ceremony, Director of the Public Administration Institute Maha Masoud Al Marri emphasized the importance of these programs in achieving institutional excellence. She said that investing in human capital was a national priority to ensure the sustainability of development in the State of Qatar.



She added that the programs were based on global best practices and in collaboration with partners. She stressed that these programs will pave the way for national talents to develop their leadership capabilities and prepare to take on influential roles in the government sector.



During the ceremony, HE the Minister of Justice and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs presented certificates to the graduates of the Sadara program, one of the programs offered.



Meanwhile, HE the President of the Civil Services and Government Development Bureau and Secretary-General of the National Planning Council awarded certificates to the graduates of the other programs, called Qiyadat, Human Capital Leaders, and Tafawuq programs.



The ceremony was attended by more than 220 participants from the training programs, representing a distinguished group of national talents equipped with the skills and knowledge necessary to achieve institutional excellence.
