Weather inshore until 6:00 pm on Monday will be hazy at places at first, and will see scattered clouds to become partly cloudy at time with a weak chance of rain, and cold to very cold by night, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report.
Offshore, it will be partly cloudy to cloudy at times with a weak chance of rain, the report added, warning of expected strong wind and high sea until evening.
Wind inshore will be westerly - northwesterly at a speed of 08 - 18 KT, gusting to 25 KT at places till noon.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly at a speed of 10 - 18 KT, gusting to 26 KT until evening.
Sea state inshore will be 1 - 3 ft, rising to 4 ft until evening. Offshore, it will be 3 - 5 ft, rising to 8 ft until evening.
Visibility inshore will be 4 - 10 km, while offshore will be 4 - 9 km.
