Honey exhibition lures large number of visitors

The Honey Exhibition organised by the Ministry of Municipality, represented by the Agricultural Affairs Department, in collaboration with Hassad Food Company as part of the Umm Salal Winter Festival, is attracting a large number of visitors.

The exhibition that will run until January 18 at the Umm Salal Central Market is aimed at highlighting the quality of local honey products and supporting national farms specialising in beekeeping and high-quality honey production.

It also serves as an important platform for farmers to market their products while raising public awareness about honey's significance as a natural and healthy resource.

Visitors have the chance to explore a wide variety of Qatari honey, enjoy tastings, and learn about modern beekeeping techniques and innovations.

The exhibition also highlights the commitment to sustainable agriculture by supporting local farms that contribute to the growth of the local agricultural sector.
